Terms and Conditions for Advertisers

The payment terms are 14 days maximum from the date shown on the invoice. As far as block bookings are concerned, we will withdraw the advert in the next issue until payment has been received.

If the customer is supplying completed artwork, it must be high resolution (minimum 300dpi), and supplied at the correct size for the space booked (see website for ad sizes).

All artwork MUST be received by the published copy deadline at the latest in Adobe PDF, TIFF, EPS or JPEG format. If any adverts supplied before the copy deadline are not the correct size or sufficient resolution, we will inform you so that you can re-supply corrected artwork.

PLEASE NOTE – if any INCORRECT artwork is received AFTER the copy deadline, a minimal charge of £15 will be made to correct any size or resolution issues.

Streetwise Magazine cannot be held responsible for the quality of any adverts NOT supplied to the above specifications.

The publisher reserves the right to increase the rates at any time with immediate effect. Long term advertisers are protected for the duration of their booking.

We cannot undertake to position adverts in particular positions in the magazine unless the customer agrees to pay a premium price for a prime position.

We cannot make guarantees that your advert will be successful and in the event that it isn’t, you are still obliged to pay for your advert

Design Service

If you do not have your own advert, we are happy to provide you with the details of a design agency which can produce an advert for you based on your specific requirements. Their charges depend on the amount of work involved which they will discuss with you before producing the advert. However as an example, their charges range from:

¼ page advert – FROM approximately £25 (subject to text and images supplied)

½ page advert – FROM approximately £50 (subject to text and images supplied)

Full page advert – FROM approximately £75 (subject to text and images supplied)

Once you have paid for the advert to be designed, you will be emailed a copy of this for your own use.
